Torpoint Sainsbury's gave away 900 sandwich boxes to encourage customers to 'Love their leftovers' and reduce waste. They also handed out a recipe card with details of how to make use of their leftovers.

The following week Sainsbury's gave away sport and activity equipment to children from Torpoint Nursery and Infants School and Carbeile Junior School. This was part of their Active Kids Project.
